I like my neighborhood because it's a quiet and convenient place to live. 

I live in an apartment near the downtown area.

Although it's close to downtown, my town is pretty quiet.

There is a bust stop across the street and the huge traditional market is a 5 minute walk. So it is easy to go grocery shopping. 

These are the things I like the most about where I live.
